Load capacities Airline tracks Standard

The airline tracks can be qualified by the installer in connection with the KERLs as lashing point according to ISO 27955 (passenger car), ISO 27956 (box van), DIN 75410-1 (flatbed up to 3.5 t.) or EN 12640 (intermodal loading units and commercial vehicles).

These permissible load capacities can be achieved under the following conditions:

  • sufficient force transmission into the substructure
  • fixing distance 75 / 76.2 mm (except Airline track steel: 50 mm, Airline track Special 24 mm floor: 500 mm, outer frame: 300 mm) or sufficient bonding
  • Airline tracks Light attached with M5 screws 10.9
