KERLS as holders

In combination with airline tracks or AJS and CTD keyhole tracks, our KERL as mounts help you to keep order in the vehicle and optimally supplement your load securing.

Holder for airline tracks

Our KERL as holders are suitable for securing small parts such as brooms, cables or helmets, as well as for holding support laths and squared beams. These are available in various designs and different packaging units.

KERL BUTLER UNIVERSAL HOLDER

Our KERL BUTLER makes a holder in conjunction with allsafe airline tracks. The KERL can be removed with only one hand and used in any other airline track. KERL BUTLER fits into all airline tracks from allsafe and has a load capacity* of 50 daN.

The KERL BUTLER is available in different versions:

KERL 25

KERL 25 accepts all standard 25 mm thick support laths made of wood, aluminum or steel and is used for positive locking. It can be used in airline tracks with Ø 20 mm bore and 25 mm or 25.4 mm pitch.The fitting can be inserted, moved and removed at any point on the airline track with just one hand. The load capacity* in the X-direction is 1000 daN and in the Y-direction 400 daN.

KERL 65

KERL 65 is used together with squared lumber or an aluminum profile as flexible anchorage for your cargo. The load capacity* in combination with an aluminum profile is 800 daN. We would be happy to configure a suitable aluminum profile for you - just contact us!

KERL Airline AJS

The KERL Airline AJS from allsafe is quite versatile. With its specially developed guide, it can be inserted and moved effortlessly in an airline track, such as an airline track or locking elements with an attached airline track. Its holder is designed to accommodate KAT AJS or CTD loading beams, allowing different elements to be combined as a load-securing system.

Our lashing point for AJS and CTD keyhole is part of the CTD system and is suitable for the use of support laths or lashing profiles, which can be hooked into the stanchion with its help.

KERL AJS 25

KERL AJS 25 accepts all standard 25 mm thick wooden support laths, aluminum or steel bent boards and is used for positive locking. It is part of the allsafe CTD system and is used to accommodate bent boards or lashing battens, which are inserted into the KERL AJS 25 and thus hooked into the stanchion. The fitting can be inserted and removed at any point on the track with just one hand. The load capacity* in the Z-direction is 1000 daN and in the Y-direction 400 daN.
