The basic idea behind all:change is to use all products for as long as possible once they have been produced, without having to replace repairable hardware with something newly manufactured; there is no need for tedious administrative challenges, we make sure of that.
What are the options for using all:change?
You can use it by providing suitable load securing devices in a robust box. We provide tested, ready-to-use load securing devices in the box at your site. You determine the quantity and type.
How does provisioning and billing work?
We provide the box containing serviceable products (new or used); if you need a replacement for a defective product, you remove a new part from the box and exchange it with the defective product. Billing takes place as soon as the box with the defective parts arrives in our service department: we bill only for what you send us in the box to be repaired. And that's exactly what you get back repaired and with an updated UVV inspection.
What happens if a returned product can no longer be repaired due to excessive damage?
The goal of all:change is to reuse functional equipment components for the repair. If this is impossible, you will receive a suitable new allsafe product at the low repair price.
Can non-allsafe products also be repaired or exchanged?
Yes - non-Alsafe products are usually compatible with repairs and our products (e.g. two level loading bars). We have developed testing and repair solutions to even keep third-party products in circulation safely. If necessary, we will exchange it for a comparable allsafe product at no extra cost to you.
What types of use are there?
On-site repair service and repair in our factory. We handle both options at pre-agreed prices per locking element. With our all:change box, you also always have a suitable supply of load-securing devices at hand.
What are my costs?
We charge a fixed price for each product exchanged or repaired - depending on the product type and quantity we exchange or repair. But independent of what needs to be repaired. By working with us, you are conserving our world's resources and helping to promote the circular economy.
