With airline tracks from allsafe, you are perfectly equipped to meet the individual requirements of transport orders. Thanks to optimal dimensions and thin walls, they fit into any vehicle contours and are just right for any installation requirement. They can be used flexibly, are resilient and lightweight. In combination with the corresponding components, they secure even complex transport goods quickly and easily.

Due to our 24 h production, the product will be available to you quickly and since we manufacture to order, you have the possibility to order tracks that are delivered to you ready for installation.

Load capacity

The airline tracks can be qualified by the installer in connection with the KERLs as lashing point according to ISO 27955 (passenger car), ISO 27956 (box van), DIN 75410-1 (flatbed up to 3.5 t.) or EN 12640 (intermodal loading units and commercial vehicles).

These permissible load capacities can be achieved under the following conditions:

  • sufficient force transmission into the substructure
  • fixing distance 75 / 76.2 mm (except Airline track steel: 50 mm, Airline track Special 24 mm floor: 500 mm, outer frame: 300 mm) or sufficient bonding
  • Airline tracks Light attached with M5 screws 10.9
  • Airline tracks Standard, Special and HD attached with M6 screws 10.9
  • Airline tracks Special outer frame attached with M10 screws 8.8

Airline Track JF

The airline track JF from allsafe is part of the JF system, which enables you to secure roller containers. The JF track can be glued, saves you costs due to the appropriate gluing technology and enables an optimal force transmission into the substructure. Optional bore holes allow you to mount it precisely while the adhesive cures.

And like all airline tracks from allsafe, the JF guide track can be individually customized!

Airline Track ATD

The ATD tracks from allsafe are part of the ATD system, which allows a second loading level in the box truck. Double and single guide tracks are available in different versions. Depending on the task and the nature of the body, different ATD track profiles can be mounted on top or integrated into the side walls with accurate dimensions. The ATD track profiles can be glued, riveted, screwed or welded. Large contact surfaces and specially adhesive-optimized designs ensure a secure adhesive connection.
