Circular Economy

The aim of the circular economy is to keep products and materials in circulation for as long as possible. In other words, to give them a longer lifespan by reusing, repairing or recycling them. In this way, we can reduce waste and conserve resources. Circular economy is important because resources are becoming scarce or are only available in limited quantities.

How does this work?

The best example of the circular economy can actually be found in nature itself. Because nature operates according to the principle that all resources that once come from the earth are also returned to the earth. This means that there is no waste and resources grow back eternally.
We think a paradigm shift from a linear economy to a circular economy is called for. We must try to give our capital goods an eternal life by repairing them, replacing defective parts, and even starting to think in terms of cycles when designing products. At allsafe, we do this through our all:change program by taking back delivered and sold cargo protection from our customers. Repairing them, servicing them and delivering them back again.
So we work by the motto: "To our customer, the benefit is what matters, not the product itself." Circular economy is a great tool to conserve resources and thereby counteract resource scarcity.

Likewise, we ourselves pay attention to a "long life" and repairability when purchasing our business equipment and, in the spirit of sustainability, we obtain most of our electricity from our own PV systems. In addition, our company cars have been converted to electric vehicles and we source the materials for our products in Europe. These are all measures we are implementing to save CO2 - and we are already in the process of implementing many more.

At allsafe, we operate according to the principle of the sustainable economy.
Although we don't think of the economy in the contexts of oceans, seas and coasts.
But of repair, an eternal product life and of a better world.

Because as a company, we are aware of our responsibility towards our environment and future generations. Sustainable economy is more than recycling. It's an interplay between the attitude of our society, our consumption and, of course, the economy.
