KERL UNIVERSAL

The strong lightweight - now fully configurable!
Seats, vehicle equipment and other modules should be as flexible as possible today. KERL universal offers the perfect foundation for this. The new scalable aluminum base plate can be easily adapted to your needs by configuration. The lockable variants prevent passengers from unlocking fixtures without authorization.

Configuration options

1. Select pitch (P): 

e.g.: P = 25 mm

Info: for allsafe airline tracks standard and heavy-duty P = 25 mm                  P = 25,4 mm (inch grid)

 

2. Select length front and rear:

KERL Universal Light

The proven classic, now individually configurable!
You can choose the grid of the feet metrically in 25 mm spacing, imperially in 25.4 mm or theft-proof. In addition, the number of holes and their spacing can be freely selected. The size of the thread is available in M6 or M8 and optionally the KERL UNIVERSAL LIGHT can be configured with a lock for even easier sliding in the track.

KERL JF Rollcontainer

The clamp fitting of the JF system is unparalleled in terms of load capacity: 500 daN certified blocking force. This allows rolling containers weighing up to 1,000 kg to be secured at the rear and up to 625 kg in the direction of travel. And that from -30 to +80° C.

In addition to the three selectable jaw widths, there is a choice of whether the fitting can be placed on the track at any point and removed from the track (removable) or whether a safety device is fitted to prevent this in order to reduce loss (non-removable).

KERL JF fix

The KERL JF fix end fitting can be easily and cleanly mounted through the JF milling for securing the first roll containers - even if the track ends up to 55 mm away from the end wall due to reinforcement angles.

Advantages of the KERL JF fix end fitting:

• Cost savings due to fast assembly.
• System solution matching the other fittings

KERL JFslide

As an extension of the JF system, there now is the freely sliding intermediate fitting KERL JF slide,  which is used for very light rolling containers in conjunction with KERL JF. With KERL JF slide, two roll containers can be connected to each other without securing in the direction of the tracks. The required securing force for both rolling containers is taken over by the subsequent KERL JF. KERL JF slide can be placed on and removed from the end face and in the area of the JF recess.

KERL JFA

The clamp fitting for older refrigerated vehicles! Matching the predecessor of the JF system (JFA system), the KERL JFA is still available: Even at low temperatures it offers a secure hold.

Note: KERL JFA fits only the JFA system and is not compatible with the JF system.

KERL TD Light

Für Doppelstock im Kleinfahrzeug!
Unser KERL TD light ist die sichere Verbindung zwischen dem zweiten Ladeboden und der Airline-Schiene. Es ist höhenverstellbar, ganz ohne Werkzeug! Er hat eine Aufnahme für Pilzzapfen ø 13mm / ø 8mm und verfügt über eine Belastbarkeit* von 150 daN in X-Richtung.

KERL TD Light gibt es in den Verpackungseinheiten von 4, 12 oder 40 Stück.
