Mini Airline-Tracks

With the mini airline rail, you now have a practical helper that makes your transport safe with minimal additional weight. Perfectly dimensioned for cargo bikes, small vans, caravans and much more: weighing just 300 g per meter, it is only about half the weight of a normal airline rail. Thanks to our 24-hour production, you have fast product availability and as we manufacture to order, you have the option of ordering rails that are delivered to you ready for installation.

Load capacity

The Mini Airline rails can be used in conjunction with the KERL 125 as a lashing point under the following conditions to achieve the permissible load capacity of 125 daN: 

  • sufficient force transmission into the substructure
  • fixing distance 125 mm

Configuration options

Due to our order-related production according to individual customer requirements, we can offer you ready-to-install tracks. Just give us a call - together we will configure your track to fit your needs exactly. You can customize the length of the track, the type and spacing of the holes, the shape of the ends, and much more.

Accessories

End pieces are available for the Mini Airline rail. They are black and available in different packaging units. They not only round off the start and end of the Mini Airline rail, but also give it a high-quality appearance.
