With the ATD and CTD load bars from allsafe, you can create a second loading level in your vehicle. The second level is ideal for transporting loads of different heights and non-stackable goods.

ATD-Beams
The ATD double-decker system optimizes your volume utilization and is suitable for securing loads in box vans. The second level is ideal for transporting loads of different heights and non-stackable goods. The beam function is designed so that the loading beam can be moved upwards in 25 mm increments, but can still be securely locked in place. The pallets are simply placed on the loading beam. When not in use, the beams can be parked under the ceiling to save space.
The ATD system promises you a minimum rail installation height and a narrow grid dimension of 25 mm. Thanks to the individual configuration of the ATD loading beams, you have the option of adapting the entire system to your requirements. The ATD beams from allsafe are compatible with all common double-decker rail systems.
ATD-Beam Classic
With a height of 90mm, this beam is suitable for normal loads up to 1 ton. Besides the length of the beam, you can also choose the appropriate end parts for your loading height. Available for all ATD track types and available with symmetrical and asymmetrical heads.

ATD-Beam Heavy Duty
The heavy-duty loading beam with a load capacity of up to 1.35 t is suitable for particularly high loads. You can also configure this beam to suit your vehicle: Ends symmetrical or asymmetrical for optimal loading height.
Like all bars and beams from allsafe, the ATD loading beams are also available with an individual product type label.

ATD-Beam Space
An extremely flat profile gives you an additional loading height of 60 mm. Due to the contour and the asymmetric ends, the ATD loading beam Space is particularly compact. With a height of 60mm this beam is suitable for normal loads up to 1 ton.

Choose an ATD beam Space with an asymmetrical head to be able to park it even closer to the ceiling.
CTD-Beams
With the CTD system, you gain an additional loading level. This means that up to 13 tons of payload can still be accommodated on a second level. If you only load Euro pallets you can double the number of pallet spaces in the tracker from 33 to 66. The loading beams can also be used for positive load securing and are simply parked between the stanchions when driving without a double-deck system. The CTD system can be installed or retrofitted in flat bodies in conjunction with stanchions suitable for double-deck loading.
